The Danish Federation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (DFSME) was founded in 1879 and is today the main trade organisation for small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark, representing more than 20,000 companies within many different sectors such as construction, manufacturing, crafts, retail and services. The main objective of DFSME is to improve the business conditions of Danish small and medium-sized enterprises.
The International Department of the DFSME has yearlong experience within private sector development in developing countries and emerging economies. The department assist a large number of Danish SME's in developing CSR projects and setting up business-to-business co-operation in developing countries and emerging economies.
