Nature of assignment
|
The project intends to establish and run an export logistics office. The idea is to be able to offer small producers or groups of producers an affordable and effective service within export logistics and at the same time be able to train the producers in issues related to exports.
The project also includes issues related to the more general theme of institutional building of APEN because APEN needs to improve its organisation and work methods.
