Brief description of services provided
|
The DFSME's role was to prepare a thorough survey and training plan in cooperation with the two companies to determine:
- the most suitable cooperation mode for the proposed project. A “BtB Agreement” is planned to be prepared by Vision & Associates
- areas to be covered by the training programme
- list of personal to be trained
- a training needs assessment
- which service providers that are available and the most relevant for the training
- how the implementation of the training plan of the expanded BtB can be executed;
- the critical risk factors for the training programme which have to be monitored closely;
