Brief description of services provided

DFSME was partner in organising and executing courses each of three days duration as well as 12 hours individual and practical oriented advice for each participating company. The course was mainly relevant for companies with interest in cooperation in developing countries and in the Baltic Countries.

During the course the companies was educated in effective planning and how to execute and manage different kinds of international co-operations. The course included the following modules: Planning, organisational development, implementation, follow-up and adjustment, evaluation, reporting, financing and support opportunities. General themes through all modules were project management and inter cultural exchange.
